Oreo Cheesecake

Oreo Cheesecake with glazed Banana
Yield-At least 8-12 individual portion
Ingredients
· 100 g (3½oz) butter, melted, plus extra to grease
· 1 Packet Oreo biscuits, finely crushed, scrape out the white cream centre, Blend biscuit in a small processor.
· 2 small very ripe bananas, about 150g (5oz) peeled weight
· 250 g full-fat cream cheese
· 250g Mascarpone cheese
· 200 g (7oz) caster sugar
· 1 Banana
· 1 tsp vanilla extract
· 1 tsp toffee (boil a tin of condensed milk for 3 hours for instant toffee)
Method
Mix half the biscuits and melted butter, and line your tart case or individual mould place in the fridge to set.
Blend the bananas, cheeses, vanilla ,sugar, save some banana to glaze.
Pipe mix into the moulds, then top with the remaining well blended black biscuit crumbs from the Oreo, these don’t need any butter added.
Decorate with chocolate tuille on the top and whipped cream and raspberries
