
About Chef Steve Pollard
Trained in Classic French cuisine, and his cooking style is modern European with Asian influences.
Steve has over 25 years’ experience in 4 and 5 Star Hotels and Michelin Star and Rosette rated Restaurants.
After working in London, Paris, Las Vegas and San Diego, The Channel Islands he accepted a position at the 5 Star Resort in Pangulasian Island. In Bacuit Bay Palawan as Executive Chef.
Then Back to the UK as a Private Chef for a Dutch Family in the Channel Islands, all before accepting a Position as Head Culinary Instructor in Davao City Philippines.
Followed was a move back to the UK, after been headhunted by an private Investor to open 2 Gastro pubs offering moderate dining.
Currently Chef Steve is working as Chef de Cuisine at Wymara Resort and Villas and based in the Caribbean on the Islands of Turks and Caicos.
