Lavash Bread

Oven at 200c


Ingredients-


1 1/2 Cups Bread Flour

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup olive oil

Sesame seeds.

Poppy Seeds


Method-


Sieve the flour.

dissolve the salt in the water.

Then add the oil.

Mix to a dough, should be a damp but stretchy texture.

Rest in fridge overnight.


The following day, knead the dough then shape with the back of your hand until very thin. lay on a tray lined with baking paper, brush with oi, and coat with sesame and poppy seeds.


Bake in a hot oven until crispy, should be like a cracker.


Good to serve with Pate, and as a base for Canapes.
