Greek Salad

Classic Greek Style Salad


My addition to this recipe is Skinned bell pepper.


Ingredients-


  • 3 Pkt Cherry tomatoes

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 6 red onions

  • ½ cup or 100 grams black olives (Kalamata variety)

  • Fresh oregano if available

  • 300grams Feta Cheese-cubed

  • 1 Red bell pepper-skinned

  • Basci Vinaigrette (see recipe)


Method-


  • Cut the tomatoes in half,cut the cucumber length ways and remove the seeds. Cut into medium dice.

  • The goal is to cut all the ingredients the same size including the cheese.

  • Pick the herbs into a bowl.add some cracked blacke pepper and the dressing.

  • Now toss the ingredients gently in the bowl until all are caoted in dressing.

  • Check seasoning and serve.
