Fresh PastaApr 7, 20201 min readMakes a dough for 6 peopleIngredients-TIPS-I always make pasta by hand because it is simple and fun to make, but you can use a food processor.225 g Pasta Flour or All purpose Flour2 Whole eggs3 Egg Yolks2 Tbsp Olive oilSmall pinch of saffron chopped.Method-Sieve the flour onto a stainless table or marble surface.Dissolve the saffron in a little warm water.Make a well in the middle of the flour.Set aside a little flour for kneading later.Add the eggs to the flour and slowly mix well.Work to form an nice smooth dough.Knead for least at 5-7 minutes until a nice smooth slight elastic texture is achieved.Rest in the fridge overnight before rolling.HAPPY COOKING!!!
