Ingredients-1


  • Spice Paste-

  • 2 lemongrass stalks

  • Tbsp. coriander

  • Tsp turmeric

  • 6 Fresh green chillies

  • 25gms Coriander fresh

  • ½ Bulbs garlic

  • fresh ginger


Ingredients-2


  • 750g Lean beef cubes

  • 25gms Galangal

  • 25gmsGinger

  • Chilli flakes

  • 50ml Olive oil

  • Kosher salt-to taste

  • Black pepper-to taste

  • 4 White onions

  • 1 Bulb Garlic

  • 100ml Vegetable oil

  • 2 ltr Beef stock

  • 50 gms Tomato paste

  • ½ cup All purpose flour

  • 150 ml Tomato sauce

  • 25 gmsRaisins

  • 100ml Red wine

  • 2 Star anise

  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • 250ml Natural yoghurt

  • Pinch Cardamom powder

  • 2 Cans Coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
