Basic Crepe Recipe

Ingredients-
1 cup All purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Water
Salt
2 tbsp Butter-Melted.
Method-
Mix the Flour with the salt.
Whisk in the eggs, milk and water until smooth.
Then add the melted butter.
After resting, heat a non stick pan, add a little butter, heat but dont get too hot.
Add a small ladle of the mixture and cook lightly on both sides.
Use as required.
Cool for 30 minutes before use, can be re-heated.
